Beauty & Balance Expo Coming to the Gallatin Valley Mall

The Beauty & Balance Expo is happening Saturday at the Gallatin Valley Mall.  Discover beauty products, wellness tips, fitness demos, and giveaways from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

While you're there you can enter to win a spa & movie night package and take part in fitness classes like “Essentrics” which is a full body stretching and strengthening workout.  There will also be a fun creative dance-style Rock That Body workout.  Fitness classes are free and are at the JoAnn Court at the following times:

• 10:30am - 11am Julia Bentz Essentrics
• 11:30am - 12pm Jazzercise
• 1:30pm - 2pm Jazzercise
• 2pm - 2:55pm Rock That Body
• 3pm - 3:30pm Julia Bentz Essentrics
