Women’s Fly Fishing Event this Weekend

The largest women's fly-fishing event in the United States is held right here in Bozeman and it's happening this weekend.  Chica de Mayo is celebrating their 11th year and it will all kick off on Friday night at Bozeman Spirits Distillery in downtown Bozeman.  Then on Saturday enjoy educational clinics, speakers, prizes, silent auctions, and a cocktail party at The River’s Edge at 59 North Star Lane in Bozeman and Simms Fishing Products at 77 Garden Dr in Bozeman .

This is a free event so all are welcome to attend.  If you do plan to participate Saturday morning please sign-up in advance.  All other events do not require an RSVP.

Friday, May 10th

4:30 to 6:30 p.m. - Kick Off Event - Social & SIMMS Fishing Products Trunk Show at Bozeman Spirits Distillery

Saturday, May 11th 

8:30 to 9:15 a.m. - SIMMS Factory Tour

9:30 to 10:15 a.m. - Conservation Presentation - Know Your Watershed

All ladies are welcome to come Saturday afternoon with no RSVP

1:00 to 3:00 p.m. - Educational Clinics at The River's Edge West

3:00 to 4:00 p.m. - Program & Speakers at SIMMS Fly Fishing Products
