Winter Storm Bringing Heavy Snow For Bozeman Area

There has been a Winter Storm Watch issued for southwest Montana in effect Thursday evening through Saturday night.

Expect:

• Heavy Snow
• 6 to 12 inches for the valleys
• Up to 2 feet for mountains
• Difficult travel conditions
• Reduced Visibility

The heaviest snow is expected to fall Friday night into Saturday morning.  The National Weather Service recommends if you must travel to have food, water and an extra flashlight in your vehicle incase of emergency.
