Candy Thief Steals $600 Worth of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

We love Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups as much as the next guy, but a robber in Ohio has taken his love of candy to a whole new thieving level by stealing between $400-$600 worth of Reese’s over the past few months.

The “Peanut Butter Cup Bandit” has been targeting a Sunoco in the town of Lorain. According to police, he simply enters the store, steals the candy and leaves before anyone can stop him.

Security cam footage shows a clerk trying to stop the thief during one such incident. But the wily bandit simply darts around the clerk and escapes from the store. (For a guy who loves candy, he seems remarkably fit.)
