Traveling in Montana around Thanksgiving is usually a little scary.  I remember doing a 180 on the highway and going backwards into the ditch a couple of yeas ago.  Don't worry your weather is looking a little warmer than normal this year.  And the gas prices seem to be dropping as well.

AAA expects 43.6 million Americans will travel 50 miles or more from home during the Thanksgiving weekend.  In Montana 50 Miles is nothing!  I'm sure many Montanans will be traveling a lot further than that.  It will be slightly cheaper for you to drive as well.  National average gas prices have dropped from last week to right around $3.429.  The Montana average is just a little higher at $3.457.  This is down a little bit from two weeks ago.

The Weather is looking to be decent throughout the weekend as well.  Travel safe and have a great Thanksgiving Day!
