It's what we need and what we've been waiting for. According to the National Weather Service, Montana should be expecting a significant change in the weather this week.

The extended forecast for this week shows southwest Montana staying in the uppper 80s to start out the week on Monday & Tuesday, but Wednesday a cold front will be moving into the area bringing some rain with it and possibly some snow to the mountains.

The rest of the state is also expected to see similar weather. High temps by the end of the week in Bozeman could be in the 40s and we'll see some overnight lows in the 30s. 1-3" inches of rain is possible and several inches of snow up in the  mountains.
