The cold is already here, and the snow is expected to start on Wednesday evening. Potentially, this could be this biggest storm we've had so far this season.

The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for the Bozeman area from 6 p.m. on Wednesday through 6 a.m. on Friday.

Four to 8 inches of snow are possible in the valleys, while 7 to 13 inches could fall in the local mountains. Also expect some strong winds associated with this storm, gusts at times could be up to 35 mph.

We could also be seeing temps around -10 below zero on Friday and overnight lows early Saturday down to -23 below zero.

Stay warm, XL Nation!
