Should the State of Montana Legalize this Game? [POLL]
The state of Montana is considering legalizing Blackjack, otherwise known as 21. In the bill, anyone who holds an appropriate license to sell alcoholic beverages may be granted an annual permit for the placement of live blackjack or twenty-one game tables. The bill will allow three Blackjack tables per establishment. Revenue created from the legalization of Blackjack will benefit public education, social services, and tribal college scholarships.
I grew up playing Blackjack with my grandfather, and personally, I am in support of House Bill 578. Every time I go to Vegas, the Blackjack table is my first stop. There are already poker tables in certain bars in Bozeman, so I don't see any reason for not allowing Blackjack.
