Should a Business Be Able to Host a Political Event Without Backlash? [Poll]
This week in Bozeman a local restaurant cancelled an event after they found out it was for a political candidate. To be fair, we don't know that they cancelled because they did not support that particular candidate. When it was announced on Tuesday, supporters of both political parties jumped in to voice opinions.
Some wanted to boycott the restaurant because they felt it was unfair to cancel the event for the candidate which they backed. Others wanted to support the restaurant because they were pleased that they cancelled the event, since they did not support the candidate.
All this brings us to our poll question: Should a Business Have to Worry About Getting Backlash Because a Political Party is Hosting an Event at Their Establishment?
