We've been waiting for well over a year, but now the wait is over. Bozeman's Rib & Chop House announced that they will open their doors on Tuesday, September 15th.

The Rib & Chop, as most people call it, is located at 2159 Burke Street in the newly renovated Johnny Carino's building near Costco.

The new restaurant will join the Livingston, Butte, and Billings Rib & Chop House's in Montana. You'll also find The Rib & Chop House in Wyoming, Colorado, and Utah.

Bozeman's Rib & Chop House is owned and operated by Finally Restaurant Group in Bozeman, Montana. According to their website, The Rib & Chop House was founded in 2001. "Our ability to grow," the website states, "has come through our commitment to 'Rocky Mountain Hospitality,' a concept which incorporates a casual attitude with our high-level commitment to loyalty, safety, service, and quality food."

If you've never been to a Rib & Chop House, the menu features steaks, seafood (flown in fresh), pasta, and burgers. They also offer a brunch menu on Sundays and a full bar with televisions to watch your favorite games.

On their Facebook page, the Bozeman Rib & Chop promotes kid's meals served in fun classic cars. Plus, kids are welcomed with complimentary apples and yogurt when they sit down. You can see their complete menu using the button below.

One of the cool things that I've always liked about the Rib & Chop House is the servers' ability to write their names backward on your table as a way of greeting after you're seated. I guess I could never work there because I will never be able to do that.

Can't wait to check out the new Rib & Chop in Bozeman!
