Ready For Live Music And Rodeo? Montana Nonprofit Is Ready Too
Montana is full of nonprofits that are successful because of YOU. Community members, such as yourself, are constantly giving back and supporting each and every nonprofit.
This year marks the FIRST Annual Benefit Ranch Rodeo. Bear Hug Cattle Co. is a nonprofit that trains veterans interested in the ranching and agricultural community.
The program is free of cost to all veterans: everything from their travel to Montana to the horses and saddles they will use every day. Every single dollar raised goes directly to the program and veteran participants.
Bear Hug Cattle Company provides transitioning veterans with the resources and knowledge to be successful in the ranching industry by offering transitioning service members a 10- week intensive course in Bozeman.
Bear Hug Cattle Co. is completely veteran-owned, and this event is entirely free with only a suggested donation.
The event starts at 5 PM in Ennis and will include events like stray gathering and team sorting, along with youth events such as a boot race and dummy rope. The event will end with a live concert from Ross Shifflett.
You may have heard Shifflett's music while watching the popular series "Yellowstone." This song is featured in Season 4.
On top of having the rodeo events and live music, there will also be food trucks and beer for those 21 years of age and older.
