New Exhibit at Museum of the Rockies Honors the Guitar
Guitar: The Instrument That Rocked the World is the new exhibit at Museum of the Rockies. A fully immersive exhibit that explores the guitar and its 400 year history. It opens over the Memorial Day Weekend and will run throughout the summer.
Here's some highlights of the exhibit:
- A Guinness World Record-breaking 43.5 foot-long guitar
- 60 instruments
- 100 historical artifacts
To accompany their Guitar exhibit this summer, Museum of the Rockies will be hosting Guitar: Music Monday's which will include Music on the Plaza from noon - 1:30 p.m. every Monday from June 11 - August 20.
