I have alot of pictures and lots to tell you about Jamaica and Beaches Resort, but my husband hasn't downloaded the pictures for me yet.  Yes, I am nagging him about it!  I will tell you this, I have never been so happy to see those three little faces as I was when I got home.  It wasn't just me, either.  My husband, Mike couldn't stop talking about them.  Maybe that's why this Mother's Day was so special.

Here's how it went...

6:30 a.m.:  breakfast in bed.  The menu:  peanut butter toast, an apple, a granola bar, and coffee.  My favorite part was all three of them jumping in bed with me and asking if they could have a bite...then, can I have your apple?  Can I have your granola bar?  Can I have your toast?  Just so you know, I hate to wake up early on the weekend, and I hate eating first thing, but that was the best wake up call and breakfast I have ever had!

I got home made cards from each of the kids and my husband, which are my favorite kind.  A beautiful homemade craft from Emma, and some earrings.  I have to say, the home made stuff is the best!

After that, the kids were pretty much over it, except for my beautiful manicure from Gracie.   I got to take a Mother's Day nap, spend some time with our dearest friends, and go out to a wonderful dinner.

It ended with the kids spilling a dark blue drink all over my good chair and brand new throw.  Ahhhh, the joys of being a Mother!

How about you?  Any good stories about your Mother's Day?
