Women don't trust men in flashy cars to be good for anything more than a fling -- and studies show that they are right to think like that, as men who are just interested in short-term relationships are more likely to buy expensive automobiles.

According to Telegraph, one of the researchers said 'The studies show that some men are like peacocks. They're the ones driving the bright-coloured sports car. This research suggests that conspicuous products, such as Porsches, can serve the same function for some men that large and brilliant feathers serve for peacocks. People may feel that flashy things make them attractive.'

Ha!  Men are so silly...
