Man Sentenced For Abducting Montana Girl
29 year- old Edgard Enrique Le from Escondido, California plead guilty last February to a charge of transportation with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity. He was sentenced yesterday to 10 years in prison and 5 years of supervised release.
Le drove to Kalispell to pick up a 12 year old girl he met online and take the girl back to California to get married. They were spotted by police as they traveled through Las Vegas and were arrested at the California-Nevada border.
