Local Businesses Step Up to Support Bozeman Police Officers
Today on the XL Morning Show, Kurt Klewin from the Bozeman Police Foundation joined us to discuss the foundation and a recent matching grant they recently received. The grant was from the Morton Meyerson Family Foundation, who offered to give $700 to the BPF every quarter as long as another business would step up and match it.
Well, we took that to the local businesses in the XL Nation and asked if they could help us raise the $2800 needed to fund that grant in 2021. In less than 30 minutes, we had four great businesses step up to match that $700. A Big XL Thank You to:

It also creates opportunities for Bozeman residents to become more involved in public safety.
In addition, the Bozeman Police Foundation provides for the improvement of the Bozeman Police Department and its employees. The Foundation provides training opportunities that help enhance the relationship between the community and the Department.
The Foundation is administered by a volunteer Board of Directors who give businesses and citizens an opportunity to provide monetary support to expand the Bozeman Police Department’s role in keeping our community a great place to live, work, and play.
