This year's annual Can the Griz Food Drive begins this Saturday. A friendly competition (that we really want to win!) to raise money and food donations for the local food banks of Bozeman & Missoula. Last year we lost, so we really need to step up our game this year!

To do our part, Dave & Amy from the XL Morning Show will be hosing their 12-hr marathon of taking your food donations on Friday, November 11, at the Town & Country Foods on 19th St.

Last year we raised nearly $19,000 in donations & food, so our target will be to get over $20,000 this year. How would you like to help us? There's 2 ways:

1 - Stop by Town & Country Foods on 19th St on November 11 between 6a - 6p and donated food or cash! You can also drop off food at Town & Country Foods in Belgrade from 12p - 6p. If everyone in the XL Nation gave us 5 cans of food we could crush our record. And remember, it all goes to the local food bank to help those in need this Holiday Season.

2- Volunteer to help Dave & Amy. We're looking to fill 2-hr blocks from 6a to 6p. You can do so as an individual or sign up with a group of friends or co-workers. If you're interested in helping, just email Dave at Dave@XLcountry.com or Amy at Amy@XLcountry.com and let us know what time you can help and also how many people you plan to bring.

3- Don't live in Bozeman? Jesse James will be at the Town & Country Foods in Belgrade from 12p - 6p on that same Friday (November 11) collecting food. Drop by whatever Town & Country Foods is easiest for you! If you would like to help out Jesse, email him at Jesse@XLcountry.com and let him know what time you can help.

We're going to beat those stinkin' Griz on the football field and with 'Can the Griz' this year! Thank you in advance for your help!
