One of my favorite things to cook is a good piece of meat. We love firing up the grill and trying new recipes, and it always starts with finding something high quality. One of my go-to spots in town is Daniels Gourmet Meats. But let’s be honest, sometimes you need something quick and the shop is closed. That is where things just got interesting.

Bozeman has seen its share of unusual sights, but this one might take the cake. Or rather, the steak.

You heard that right. A meat vending machine stocked with fresh cuts straight from Daniels Gourmet Meats is now up and running. If you have ever wanted a steak at 3 a.m., this might be your answer.

Daniels comes from a long line of butchers, carrying on recipes and techniques passed down through generations. His shop has been a local staple for about a decade, built on consistency and sourcing as much Montana-raised meat as possible.

The idea for the machine started about a year ago and recently became reality. Installed right outside the shop, it gives customers access to a variety of products any time of day. You can find everything from bratwurst and jerky to bacon and different cuts of steak.

Everything inside is stocked fresh daily, and the machine is designed to keep products properly chilled and ready to go. It is definitely a unique addition to Bozeman. Would you try it?
