Help Belgrade Police Identify Theft Suspect

The Belgrade Police Department is seeking to identify a man involved in a theft.  The suspect was captured on surveillance and is pictured below.  The Belgrade PD is requesting help from the public to identify the pictured suspect. they did not provide information as to where the man was pictured.
