Fun For All Ages As “Light Up Livingston” Spreads Holiday Cheer
So how do you make a town that already looks like it's straight out of a Hallmark movie even more appealing? Easy. You add tons of Christmas cheer so it looks like a town straight out of a Hallmark Christmas movie.
That's what's happening this Saturday in Livingston as folks are invited to "Light Up Livingston".
Light Up Livingston will kick off at 4 pm and go until 7 pm at Depot Park and is presented by Livingston Tourism Business Improvement District. This is a fantastic family event and everyone is welcome, with lots of games and activities for kids of all ages.
There will be Candy Cane and Holiday Scavenger Hunt along with a "Chalk on the Walk" for the kids. Oh and don't forget about the model trains that will be running in the basement of the Depot Carriage Room. Throw in some good old-fashioned caroling, fun displays, a cookie booth, beverages (for all ages), hand-crafted goods, and it's the perfect warm-up for Christmas.
Haven't taken your Christmas Family Photo yet? No worries. Pictures will be available through the Livingstone Depot Foundation.
Oh, and did we mention there will be some very special guests at Light Up Livingston? That's right, and they're bringing some heavy hitters! Elsa from Frozen, Frosty the Snowman, the Conductor from Polar Express, and of course everyone's favorite, Santa Claus.
So bring the family and head over to the Depot Park this Saturday and partake in all the fun. It's Light Up Livingston and it takes place from 4 pm until 7 pm.
