Do You Favor a Countywide Leash Law? [Poll]

How do you feel about a leash law for all of Gallatin County?  This week county commissioners proposed instituting a leash law for the entire county. If passed, aside from private property, dogs would be required to be on a leash. The only exception would be at off-leash parks.
