According to a recent article published by Montana Free Press, Montana has seen an increase in vacation rental bookings in response to the COVID-19 crisis.

Across the state, estimated short-term rental revenues from vacation rentals between March 1 and March 16 have increased compared to the same time period in 2019.

  • Estimated Revenue Growth - $2.1 Million. Up 92% from 2019 during same period.

  •  Estimated Revenue Growth - $413,000. Up 49% from 2019 during same period.

59047 - Livingston 

  • Estimated Revenue Growth - $315,000. Up 107% from 2019 during same period.

59068 - Red Lodge

  • Estimated Revenue Growth - $656,000. Up 36% from 2019 during same period.
