June 6 is the anniversary of D-Day. On this day in 1944, Allied troops risked their lives by storming the beaches of Normandy and ultimately helping end World War II. Today let us remember those who lost their lives (over 4,000 on the Allied side) in a location today that is full or tourists and beach-goers.
