Calling All Bearded Men in Bozeman!

Are you a bearded man and proud of it? Here's your chance to show off our Grizzly Adams beard or your Sam Elliottesk moustache. The Montana Bearded Alliance (who knew that even existed? I didn't but I love it!) is hosting a beard and mustache competition at the Eagles Bar (316 E. Main) in downtown Bozeman this Thursday night @ 8pm.

The competition is a fundraiser for Big Sky Youth Empowerment. It's only $5 to enter and the categories are as follows:

Full Beard: Over 6"

Grooming products are allowed but the beard must be a natural color and not over styled. Judges will be looking at length, texture, shape and style.

Full Beard: Under 6"

Grooming products are allowed but the beard must be a natural color and not over styled. Judges will be looking at length, texture, shape and style.

Partial Beard

This is anything less than a full beard but not just side burns or just a moustache.

Moustache

Grooming products are allowed but the moustache must be a natural color.

Freestyle

Anything goes...the more creative your facial hair, the better.

Dirty Mullet

Business up front and party in the back. Must be really your hair.

Hairy Man Sweater

If you take off your shirt and it still looks like you're wearing one, this is for you. Sorry no girls!

There's Even a Category for the Ladies - Bearded Lady

This one is for the ladies. Real or not, taped on, glued or crochet. The more creative the better. Showmanship usually plays a lot in this one.
