Bridger Bowl Plans For Big Upgrades: Send In Your Feedback
Bridger Bowl, our beloved local ski spot just outside Bozeman, is gearing up for some big upgrades—and they want your input!
As a nonprofit, Bridger is all about serving the community. Every dollar earned goes right back into the mountain, keeping prices low and improving the experience for everyone.

As Bridger marks 70 years and secures its latest 10-year special use permit with the Forest Service, the board has unveiled a new master plan. Big changes are ahead, and they want the community's input to help shape the future of this legendary ski area!
"Changes basically are to keep up with the growth. We have a lot of demand and not a lot of supply... So just trying to increase the capacity of the ski area so that we can get as many people up here from the community out on the hill as we can." -Hiram Towle, General Manager of Bridger Bowl Ski Area.
What Are The New Changes Being Suggested At Bridger?
You can view the full plan HERE, but here are some of the key projects being considered.
- Upgrades to lifts
- New lifts
- Tow rope
- New runs
- More dining options
- Larger lodges
- Increase the size of the learning center (beginner area)
Nothing is set in stone at the moment, since it is a community nonprofit ski area, the public's opinion will be heavily considered. There are no hard dates set for when the official plan will be submitted either.
If you have something to say and want your suggestions considered, you can submit them HERE!
