There's no quicker way to get into the holiday spirit than putting on your Santa hat and running the streets of the town as part of the annual Santa Run 5k for Education.  Traditionally, the Santa Run helps kick-off the Christmas Stroll every year as part of downtown Bozeman's Christmas celebration. This year is looking to be a bit different, but you can still grab your Santa hat and support your local schools.

Originally planned to be both in-person and virtual, the Santa Run is now a virtual-only event due to restrictions from the Health Department because of concerns of COVID-19.   You can still get signed up for the event this just means that you can choose your own route and complete your 5k when it's most convenient. When you do go for your run you can still be festive and sport your favorite Santa hat.

The Santa Run is a great way to support our local Bozeman, Belgrade, Gallatin Gateway, Manhattan & Monforton Public Schools. This year the top 3 participating schools (adjusted for population) will be awarded  $1,000 and the top participating High School club receives $500.

All participants who register for $25 will be given a packet with the 2020 long-sleeve race t-shirt that even features Santa wearing a mask, hand warmers, hot chocolate, and other fun swag.

Packet pick up is Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Stockman Bank on Kagy and South 19th, Bozeman. The pickup will be drive-through style so you can follow the signs and your packet will be brought to you in your vehicle.
