We all know that Bozeman has some amazing restaurants. We have award winning places to eat, and it doesn't matter the cuisine, breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner... Bozeman has it all including what might be the most exclusive restaurant in the state.

No, we aren't talking about something in Big Sky or the Yellowstone Club.

There is a restaurant here in Bozeman that is only open four days a month and the menu changes regularly. If you haven't heard about the Hummingbirds Kitchen it is owned and operated by Linda Huang, and Linda says she serves the most authentic Chinese food.

One of the things that makes the Hummingbird's Kitchen unique, other than its hours, is that Linda will choose a region from China and create a monthly menus based off of that.

As you can guess, when you're only open four days a month, tickets are hard to come by. Taking a look at the website, all the events showing are sold out, however, there is a place where you can join the mailing list to learn about upcoming dinners if you would be interested in getting on the list.

Linda is originally from Shanghai and grew up around food and she comes from a family of Chefs.

According to her website, fresh foods is one of the keys to her cooking and even when she isn't cooking for customers, you can find her in the kitchen cooking for friends and family. Linda started out over at the Emerson Cultural Center before moving to her current location on Lincoln Street.
