Wagfest To Take Place in Bozeman This Saturday
I've always loved animals. For whatever reason, we've always had a connection. My favorite? Dogs. While I'm more partial to Basset Hounds, I enjoy all dogs and have been a dog owner for most of my life.
My wife and I have two dogs, Eugene and Fletcher and while she denies it, I'm pretty sure she loves them more than me.
Of course, we aren't the only dog lovers around town. Here in Bozeman and across Montana, dogs are a big deal. From working dogs that spend their days herding cattle on our ranches to spoiled dogs (like mine) who spend their days napping on the couch, Montana is pretty dog crazy.
For my fellow Montana dog lovers, we'll have the chance to get together with our pups and it's all thanks to a local company that makes some of the coolest dog toys on the market today. The folks over at West Paw, a Bozeman-based company are not only putting out some super fun dog toys and products but also saving the planet in the process.
West Paw recycles materials to make its toys, beds, and other products, and it has recycled over 16 million water bottles in the process.
That's not all they do, it seems they also put on a heck of a party. The company is putting on Wagfest on Saturday, June 29th at Anderson Dog Park at the Gallatin Regional Park in Bozeman.
Registration takes place between 10 and 11 am and there's a whole day of fun planned for you and your pooch. Plus, who knows, your dog might find a new friend or two as well as yourself.
