In front of a sellout crowd wearing gold, the Montana State Bobcats dominated the second half and won the annual Gold Rush game 38-17 over S.E. Missouri State.

The game was tied 10-10 at the half, but after that it was all Bobcats. It took Montana State only three plays and a little over a minute to go 65 yards in the opening drive of the 3rd quarter, scoring on a DeMareus Hosey 9yd TD run. After that they never looked back.

The Bobcats scored 28 points in the 3rd quarter with an offense that racked up over 430 yards on the day against the RedHawks. MSU was led by Isiah Ifanse and Troy Anderson on offense, both of whom rushed for over 100 yards.

The Bobcats are on the road next Saturday, traveling to MaComb, Illinois, to take on Western Illinois. Game time is 2 p.m. and can be heard on 100.7 XL Country.
