Starting on Wednesday at this year's Big Sky Country State Fair, Aussie Kingdom will feature all kinds of Australian Outback animals such as kangaroos, wallabies, kookaburras, lizards and even baby joeys.

“Every single visitor of any age is sure to be in awe at this show,” said Rachel May, finance manager for Big Sky Country State Fair. “I have three children under five, and I know they will be talking about this for years. For my husband and me personally, we are very excited that our kids can experience these critters.”

This is a free exhibit that is included with your fair admission. Fairgoers can walk through the educational exhibit and ask questions of the wranglers. There will be three shows per day.

Founder Carolyn Lantz will share with fairgoers an experience on a personal level. “We’re more likely to preserve and protect what we know,” she said. “Aussie Kingdom introduces audiences to Australia, and the animal habitats…we get to transport families to another region of the world while educating them along the way.”
