ATV Riders Injured on Olson Creek Road

Gallatin County Search and Rescue was dispatched Tuesday to an accident involving two women who were injured when their ATV's went off the road. The accident occurred on Olson Creek Road in the Bridger Mountains, according to a press release from Gallatin County Emergency Management.

One woman was 20-30 feet down a steep embankment with a leg injury. Search and Rescue volunteers need ropes and a litter to get her back to the road, where an AMR ambulance was waiting.

Both women were wearing helmets, which rescuers said helped prevent their injuries from being worse. The riders were taken to Bozeman Health Hospital. Search & Rescue did not say what caused the accident.
