Attempted Abduction – Bozeman Police Looking For Suspect

Yesterday, around 8:25 p.m., a 25 year old woman called police to report that while walking on the 200 block of Hunter’s Way, a car pulled up next to her and a man got out and walked towards her.

The man grabbed the woman, a short struggle ensued and she was able to run away from him.  He then got into the car and drove away.

The car is described as a red, two door sedan. The un-named woman described the man as white, six foot two inches tall, stocky build, buzz cut style hair, a short beard, wearing a white t-shirt and cut off blue jean shorts.

The Bozeman Police Department is actively investigating this incident and encourages the public to contact the Bozeman Police Department at 582-2000 or Crimestoppers at 586-1131 with any information that would assist detectives with this incident.
