5 Good Reasons to Take a Break From Facebook
Sometimes you just have to unwind.
Lately, my Facebook feed has been bumming me out. I have noticed an increase in people being cruel and nasty to one another. To be honest, I have had enough of the negatively and finger pointing. I decided that starting today, I will be taking a hiatus from Facebook.
If you are feeling the same way, here are 5 good reasons to take a break from Facebook.

You can spend more time outdoors
Montana is a truly beautiful state. From rivers, to lakes, to mountians, there's definitely not a shortage of things to explore. Instead of spending all day online, jump in your car and go for a drive.

You can take a break from all of the negativity in your news feed
Everyday I log onto Facebook, I see multiple people on my news feed talking bad about one another, and putting each other down. It's gets exhausting. Sometimes it's best to just log out, and not be affected by all of the negativity.

Instead of sending a message or DM, you can make a phone cal instead
I feel like calling people on the phone is a thing of the past, but it shouldn't be. Instead of sending a text or Facebook message, pick up the phone and call instead. I'm sure your friends would be happy to hear from you.

You don't have to deal with people poking you all of the time
Facebook has been around for a few years, and I still have no idea what it means when people 'poke' you. Instead of wasting your time pondering what it means, you can do something productive instead.
