Garth Brooks rocked the crowd at his stadium gig in Boise, Idaho, on Friday night (July 19), and he invited Blake Shelton to the stage for a joint performance of their new duet, "Dive Bar."

Brooks hit the stage at Albertsons Stadium at Boise State University, marking the first major musical performance at the venue. Shelton joined him onstage for an exuberant rendition of the new song, which is set to appear on Brooks' upcoming album, Fun. The fan-shot video below shows Brooks strumming his acoustic guitar and exhorting the crowd, lifting his arms up to encourage them to sing along as Shelton strides the stage, delivering the song's infectious chorus.

"Problems, we all got 'em / Let 'em sink down to the bottom / Doesn't matter who or where you are / We're gonna spend the weekend in the deep end / The water's fine, ya'll so just come on in / To the deep end of a dive bar," Shelton sings, with Brooks jumping in to provide some high harmonies.

Brooks was inspired to ask Shelton to join him on "Dive Bar" after he saw him perform "God's Country" on the 2019 ACM Awards, and Shelton also treated Brooks' audience to a powerful solo acoustic rendition of his most recent No. 1 hit.

The Boise gig was part of Brooks' ongoing Stadium Tour, and the special "Dive Bar" performance was filmed for later release. Brooks turned to social media after the show to thank Shelton and the fans in attendance.

Shelton recently wrapped his own 2019 Friends And Heroes Tour, but Blake Shelton tickets are still available for his upcoming shows in 2019.
