Clocks should be set back one hour, which means you get an extra hour of sleep on Sunday morning. The good news is that nowadays, most of our devices update our clocks automatically. But if you still have an old fashioned clock radio on the nightstand like we do, make sure you change it this Saturday night/Sunday morning.
