Montana Governor Greg Gianforte says the object that was shot down over Lake Huron is the same object that was spotted over Havre, Montana and led US authorities to shut down the airspace briefly on Saturday.

NORAD uses radar, satellites, U.S. and Canadian fighter jets, and Santa Cams across the globe to track Santa's progress. As soon as NORAD's North Warning System indicated that Santa had taken off from the North Pole, satellites began tracking his activity. You can keep tabs on where Santa is, where he has been, and watch video captured by NORAD's Santa Cams.
