Perhaps if we all will these things to happen in 2023, some might actually stick. New Year's resolutions are difficult, especially when they involve a whole town.

Ask five Montanans about what time is appropriate to start snow blowing, and you'll get five different opinions. Snow blowing etiquette exists, but snow blowing TOLERANCE is more important.

This happened in Australia, but it made me think about my neighbors.  They are apparently "all natural."  They don't mow, paint the deck that's half white-half natural wood, or pick up their dog poop.  They DO keep adding more landscaping and rocks, and then never take care of it...
