Heart of the Valley Animal Shelter is waiving adoption fees through Sunday. Maybe a cat will make a great addition to your Christmas tree? That's only kind of a joke.

Attention Dog Lovers - the annual Woofstock to benefit the Heart of the Valley Animal Shelter is Saturday!  It's from 12pm - 5pm, and there will be dock diving, frisbee challenge, doxie derby, kids activities, food and more!  Raffle tickets will be sold for items like a Bridger Bowl Season Pass, $100 gift certificate to the Emerson Grill and a Whitewater Rafting trip from Geyser Whitewater Expedit

Attention dog owners!  There's a great opportunity on Saturday to help Heart of The Valley Animal Shelter AND the Gallatin Valley Land Trust!  It's called Tails on Trails and is "a celebration of Bozeman’s dog-friendly hiking trails" It starts at 9am at the Sourdough Canyon Trailhead (Bozeman Creek)...

In honor of National Be Kind To Animals Week, Heart Of The Valley Animal Shelter is holding it's first 50/50 event.

Meet _________.  I need your help filling in the blank.  We adopted this beautiful four year old cat yesterday from Heart Of The Valley Animal Shelter.   My kids are so happy, and I figure what's one more mouth to feed? We are having a hard time coming up with the perfect name, so I am asking XL Nation to help...
