Blake Shelton, Kenny Chesney, Lady Antebellum, Taylor Swift and Jason Aldean were among those who racked up multiple nominations on Thursday morning (Jan. 26) when the Academy of Country Music announced their nominees for the 2012 ACM Awards.

At last night’s ACM Awards, Carrie Underwood surprised the crowd and brought them to their feet with her guest duet partner, rock legend/Aerosmith lead singer/’American Idol‘ judge Steven Tyler. Since she won ‘Idol’ six years ago, Underwood also happens to be a big fan of the show — and unlike many past contestants, she actually watches it. There was SO much music at the ACM Award Show!  Here are all the performances for the night!

This ACM Award Show was one for the music!  There wasn't an award presentation until almost fifty minutes into the show! That's an award show record, taking all awards shows into account!  Reba and Blake Shelton did their part and more!

Even if if was possible, Blake is going to be standing on stage right in front of you all night!  Miranada wants a date to take her to the ACM Awards, since Blake is co-hosting the show with Reba and will be on stage the entire night.  Rumor has it she might ask her pool boy!
