Scotty McCreery, Parmalee on Taste of Country Nights This Week

American Idol has turned out some pretty awesome country singers, most notably Carrie Underwood. Season 10 of American Idol is where we first heard Lauren Alaina. But Scotty McCreery with his Josh Turner-esque baritone was the winner that season. McCreery has released 2 studio albums and one Christmas album, and he’s excited to talk about new music with Sam Alex on Taste of Country Nights this Wednesday. He’ll chat about family, and his new song “Five More Minutes.”

Parmalee is a close-knit group! Named for their hometown in North Carolina (spelled Parmale), is made up of brothers Matt & Scott Thomas, their cousin Barry Knox, and their childhood friend Josh McSwain. The guys have some new music and a new album, called 27861, the zip code of their previously-mentioned hometown. They’ll join Sam on Friday on Taste of Country Nights.
