October is National Domestic Violence Awareness Month. In Gallatin County, there are many resources that assist survivors of domestic violence and other violent crimes.

The Victim Services Center combines three programs:

These organizations give crime victims a safe, caring environment where they can get the help and the resources they need.

At the center, crime victims from across Gallatin County can get a wide range of assistance, from legal advocacy if they have a case in the criminal justice system, to helping develop a safety plan for protection, and much more.

If you or someone you know needs help, you can call Gallatin County Victim Services at 582-2075 or visit the secure office in the Law and Justice Center, located at 615 S. 16th Ave., Room 313, in Bozeman.
