If you have this kind of money to rent a place like this, wouldn't it be easier to own a house?

Many locals keep their eye on the Bozeman housing market to see what is trending up and down and what could be happening in the future. We recently found out there might be good news on the way in the renter's market with new apartments being constructed and driving the housing prices down, but there are still some pricey places to live in Bozeman.

According to Zillow, several houses and apartments will cost you anywhere from $8,000 to $9,000/month. You didn't read that wrong.

One house is going for $9,000 a month, and it's a massive house with a garage, backyard, and space for a giant family. One of the many downsides, including the price, is pets aren't allowed. All pets should be allowed if you are shelling out that type of money for a space like this.

Here's another townhome close to Downtown Bozeman, and it's $8,000 a month. Again, a place where pets aren't allowed.

If you have this money to throw around on a rental in Bozeman, why not buy a home? It would be more affordable, and you can do whatever you want with the property.

I don't understand how places can charge this much for a space and not think it's ridiculous.

Hotels will most likely be around $200+ per night, and although hotels do offer more amenities including continental breakfast at most, they don't always offer that quiet, relaxing scenario you are hoping for.
