If you are house shopping in Montana, or just like to scroll through dream properties way out of budget, this one is worth a look. Especially if you are a fan of Yellowstone. There is a good chance you have already seen this place on screen without even realizing it.

Two Feathers Ranch sits in the Bitterroot Valley just outside Darby and comes with some serious film history. The property was once part of the well known Chief Joseph Ranch, which has been used as the backdrop for the Dutton family home in the series and its spin-offs. The ranch itself spans 357 acres and blends working land with high end living. The main home is over 7,000 square feet. There is also a guest house and a manager’s residence, along with a fully equipped barn setup for horses.

Beyond the buildings, the land is what really stands out. You get wide open views of the Bitterroot and Sapphire mountain ranges, access to nearby forest land, and even a stretch of creek for fishing. On top of all that, the property includes irrigated pasture, cattle facilities, and a large riding arena, making it a true working ranch.

One detail that may appeal to buyers is the lack of restrictions on the land, giving owners more freedom in how they use it. Of course, all of that comes with a price tag of $16.3 million. I’d say that may just be a little over my budget, but if I hit the lottery, there will be signs.
