Montana, Have You Ever Spotted an Elusive ‘Ass-Squatch?’
We know that Montana is a hot spot for sightings of Bigfoot. The vast amounts of backcountry we have in the state make for the perfect hiding spots. Though we may have heard of sightings of Sasquatch in our state, has anyone ever spotted an 'Ass-Squatch?'
We recently shared with you a story about a taxidermist in Helena, MT, that turns squirrels into miniature warriors. The taxidermist uses only items that can be found on the forest floor, to construct miniature weapons for the taxidermized squirrels. The result is some really cool-looking artistry to add to your man cave.
According to the Squirrel Warrior website, artist Bob McEachern asks the question
What if squirrels had the ability to gather materials from nature to create their own clothing and weapons? Here’s what we think it would look like!
Talk about really using your imagination. After a brief talk with Bob, he said "I really like to stick to the idea that the squirrels can only use common items they may find in the forest to create clothing and weapons."
Bob has grown up outdoors in Montana. He spent much of his childhood playing in the woods. His imagination and creativity extended into his adult life when he began creating these brilliant, yet bizarre pieces.
These squirrels are immortalized in many different poses. Everything from an archer to a swordsman and even a snowboarding squirrel.

Now, taxidermists are turning "deer rears" into nightmare fuel.
It seems that taxidermists are using deer butts to create what is known as an "ASS-SQUATCH."
It is basically a whitetail deer "rear" with eyes and a mouth attached. But, judging by some of the photos we discovered online, they can get a lot more artistic...And A LOT MORE SCARY LOOKING.
Have you ever seen an "ASS-SQAUTCH?"
