Christmas is just around the corner, and Santa and his elves are working overtime to prepare for the big journey.

Of course, Santa will be heading to Montana as part of the big trip, and for those Montanans who are on the "Nice" list, he will no doubt leave an item or two under the tree. While Christmas is a popular time for gifts for kids, adults like to get in on the fun as well.

Even though I'm a middle-aged man, I love Christmas. I love the gifts, I love the food, the music, the decorations, all of it.

While I appreciate all of the thoughtfulness, I learned long ago that one of the best things you can do as an adult is buy your own gifts. It's something I started years ago, I would buy myself what I really wanted, just in case I didn't get what I really wanted. Over the years, there have been game consoles, guitars, and TVs.

According to the site Betway, there are a few must-haves that Montanans are hoping Santa brings this year. So what is the most popular item on the wish list? Well, I can tell you that they're not on my list, but according to the data, but want Montanans want the most are Uggs.

You know, those slipper/boot things that are popular amongst the ladies. It seems that some of the fellas are hoping for Uggs this year as well. The Ugg boots originated in Australia, and don't get me wrong, they look super comfortable.

Uggs aren't the only item that Montanans are hoping to get this year.

According to the statistics, the other two big gifts adults are looking for under the tree are the Oura ring and AirPods. Oura rings keep track of your health and let you know vital things like how you're sleeping, your heart health, and your daily activity. AirPods, of course, have been popular for a few years now, and we are now on version 4.
