What makes Bozeman so special?

Well, while it seems no one knows the exact reason, there are a few contributing factors. One, the pandemic. Once folks could work from home, all kinds of people decided that Bozeman would be a great place to live.

Second, popular television shows that never show Montana in the winter. Yes, we're talking about Yellowstone. Studies have shown that the program brought hundreds of thousands of people to Big Sky Country to visit, and they ended up spending hundreds of millions of dollars while they were here.

Finally, it's a beautiful place.

Let's be honest, the mountains, the sky, the access to rivers and forests, Bozeman, and the surrounding area are a very desirable place to call home. Throw in the fact that we're home to the best University and public schools in the state, and it makes sense.

Now, there are certainly some growing pains to deal with. Traffic can be a mess, the cost of housing is on the ridiculous side, and it's a bit difficult to deal with during the peak tourist season.
