Montana Man Wanted For Unbelievably Crazy BBQ Theft
How did he pull it off?
We’ve heard of stealing groceries, but stealing an entire BBQ setup? That’s a new one. But in this case, we're talking not one, but four Traeger grills.
How Did Someone Get Away with Stealing Four Traegers?
The Bozeman Police Department is asking for the public’s help tracking down a suspect wanted in connection with a bold theft at Murdoch’s Farm & Ranch Supply.

According to a press release, the suspect managed to steal four Traeger grills on two separate occasions, January 14th and 15th. The suspect was seen leaving the scene in an older white SUV, possibly a GMC Jimmy or a Chevy Blazer.
So, how exactly did he manage to get away with four of these massive grills? Traeger grills are far from small and are typically priced between $600 and $800 each. Stealing four of them would take some serious planning, and certainly isn’t your typical shoplifting spree.
The Bozeman Police Department shared a video of the suspect on their Facebook page, hoping someone might recognize him. He reportedly has tattoos on his cheekbones and hands. If you ask us, he bears a striking resemblance to ‘Rip’ from Yellowstone.
If you have any information and can identify the suspect, you’re urged to contact Crime Stoppers at (406) 586-1131. You can remain anonymous and possibly receive a reward.
