Buffalo Traffic Jam Playing Free Album Release Show in Bozeman
Bozeman is in for a rare treat this week. Rising local legends turned national breakout stars Buffalo Traffic Jam are returning to where it all began for a completely free album release show at The Rialto on Thursday, July 30.
The duo, made up of Montana State University alumni Frankie Cassidy and Nathan Ross, has seen their trajectory skyrocket since breaking out in late 2025. From jamming in dorm rooms to signing a major record deal and touring nonstop across the country, their growth has been electric.
For anyone lucky enough to catch their sold-out February set at The Westerner, the energy was undeniable. The place was packed with fans singing along to every word.

While the band easily could have chosen a major metro venue to unveil their debut full-length project, "Pictures of You," they opted to celebrate at home with the community that raised them.

Doors open at 8:30 PM, and entry is strictly first come, first served. With Music on Main already taking over downtown Thursday night, expect lines to form early, especially given how fast their December dates at The ELM sold out.
As an added bonus, fans can snag early vinyl copies of "Pictures of You" ahead of its official Friday, July 31 release, with all proceeds directly benefiting the HRDC.
If you want a chance to catch one of the fastest-rising acts in the country up close, clear your schedule and get downtown early. You won't want to miss this one.
