From the Bozeman Police:

On May 8, 2012, the Bozeman Police Department received a report of lewd behavior at a North 7th department store.  According to the manager of the store, an adult male entered the store and asked an adult female customer to try on lingerie.  When the female refused, the male went into the fitting room and tried the lingerie on himself.  He told the female customer to enter the fitting room because he had no pants on.  The female left the area and reported the incident to the manager.  The manager called the police but the male had left the store prior to officer arrival.

Gallatin Valley Mall Security, a member of the Bozeman Police Business League, visited with businesses in the mall about this information and learned of two similar incidents at the mall occurring in May.

On May 10th, a male entered a women’s clothing store in the mall and tried on a series of women’s garments.  During this time, the male exposed his genitals to two adult, female employees.  On May 12, 2012, a male entered a department store in the mall and wanted to try on women’s lingerie.  The male was escorted to a dressing room, but no other contact with this male was made during that incident.

After receiving this information from the mall security and determining the identity of the male involved in these incidents, the Bozeman Police Department detectives arrested Arrow Flint Seifert, a 25 year old male from Belgrade, Montana for Felony Indecent Exposure.  Due to Seifert’s past two convictions of indecent exposure, a third conviction is a felony in the State of Montana.

The Bozeman Police Department encourages anyone who may have had a similar incident to contact Bozeman Police Department Detective Robert Vanuka 406-582-2246.
