It's been some time since I ordered fast food. The older, wiser, married me has figured out I can save money by cooking at home. However, that doesn't mean I don't enjoy a little fast food from time to time.

Which fast-food restaurant is the most popular in Montana?
According to the folks at USCulture, who listed the most popular fast-food restaurant in each state, when it comes to Montana, the winner is Wendy's. I don't have a huge problem with this. Wendy's is solid and their burgers are great. Plus, they have the square meat patty, which is cool.
Plus, Wendy's is easy to come by with almost 20 locations across Montana.
The history of Wendy's is an interesting one. The restaurant chain was founded by Dave Thomas back in 1969 and was named after one of his children. Wendy's is not only famous for its square beef patties, but for their famous "Frosties" as well.
What about the surrounding states? Which fast-food chains are popular with our neighbors? In Idaho, it's Big Jud's, and down in Wyoming, they love Arbys. Over to the east of us, it's Taco John's in North Dakota and Culver's in South Dakota.
